3. Orders & Payment

• All orders are subject to availability and confirmation
• Bulk orders require advance payment as per mutually agreed terms
• Payment can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or other agreed methods
• GST will be charged as applicable (GST: 27AJMPV2798P2ZU)

4. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location and order size. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon handover to the carrier.

5. Quality Guarantee

All our products undergo rigorous quality checks. If you receive a product that does not meet the specified quality standards, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with evidence. We will arrange for replacement or refund at our discretion.
