Transplanting

Growth & Tillering

Over the next 60-80 days, the rice plants enter their most vigorous growth phase. Tillers multiply, creating thick clusters of healthy stems. Flowering & Heading
Golden Promise
The fields transform into a breathtaking golden-green canvas as rice panicles emerge and flowers bloom. This critical 30-day period determines the grain's quality — the aroma, length, and starch content that will define each variety's character. Our experienced farmers read the fields like poetry.
Harvesting
The Reward
When the paddies bend heavy with golden grain and moisture levels reach the optimal 20-22%, harvest begins. Timing is everything — our farmers know the precise moment when each variety reaches peak maturity. The harvest is a celebration of months of dedication, patience, and nature's generosity.
Processing & Milling
Precision Craft
At our state-of-the-art facility in Kolhapur, harvested paddy undergoes multi-stage processing: drying to 12% moisture, de-husking, polishing, and grading. Advanced color sorting machines remove even the slightest imperfections. Each batch is tested for grain length, whiteness, aroma, and cooking quality.
